students the writing process she went through to publish
her story, including showing us her sloppy copy.

Vocational Foods students recently enjoyed a
brief tour of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School
in Minneapolis where they were served
lunch by the culinary students.

Thanks to a generous donation from Halvor Lines
of Superior of gently used computer monitors,
students at BES are enjoying a new look of
flat-panel monitors in their computer lab.
Monitors were delivered by Brian and Lori Koski.
